This multi-disc line concept is designed to cut stone slabs, generating complex cuts, with the possibility of separating the unequal pieces of each slab. The line includes a board contour reader system, camera systemslab input roller table, conveyor belt cutting table with 360degree rotating system, cutter bridge with 4/5/6/7heads, full servo motor system in X,Y,Z axis, output conveyor table, cleaning and drying system, waste outputbelts.It can cut boards lengthwise and crosswise using the rotary table, and can separate strips or bands using a suction cup, to allow longitudinal or cross cuts of different sizes to be made on each strip or band.
