Stone Cutting Machine

GreatBase GBSXJ-1600 is bridge type, up/down by leadscrew/double hydraulic cyliner, with horizontal blade. Cutter head up/down, moving left and right, beam moving back and front are all controlled by encoder, also the cutter head postion is displaying in touch screen. Cutting currency can be set limited so when it cut too deep it will stop automatically to protect machine itself. GB This is one auto marble block cutting machine. GBSXJ-1600 type is with one vertical blade and one horizontal blade. This special structure is for cutting marble tiles. Compared with the gange saw machine, it will be more cheaper and good choosen for cutting marble slabs.

Great base GBLM Series Gantry Type Granite/Marble Cutting Machine , It is with two up/down big column, the main crossbeam is supported by these two column, sliding moving up/down by lead screw which is in the two column. GBLM Its main spindle box moves right and left along the double-V type guide rail on the crossbeam.GB machine The worktable has four heavy duty wheels to bear the weight of large stone block and runs on steel rails. The top of this worktable can rotate 360 degree for easy angle cutting on a stone piece.
It can be used for cutting granite, marble, limestone and so on. It can cut big stone block into slabs. It can do levering the face of big stone block.With 360 degree rotation trolley, it can cut art stone, tomb stone or kerb stone.
