The machine adopts stable structure, including top beam, two vertical  columns, rectangular box, hydraulic take-up block, two large flywheels. On the left side is a large drive flywheel and hydraulic tensioner. The hydraulic tensioner controls the tension of the diamond wire or loosens it while maintaining the tension of the diamond wire. The right side controls the flywheel and the main motor, the driven flywheel is controlled by the main motor. The linear speed of the diamond wire ranges from 0-40m / s and is controlled by an inverter,

This is auto wire saw machine. It uses single wire to cut big slab. With PLC system, it can be used for block dressing, big slab cutting for granite or marble. Compared with multi wire saw machine, it is much cheaper and lower maintance need.
